National Security and Defence Committee released it report Canadian Security Guide Book 2005 Edition.

The Standing Senate Committee on National Security and Defence visited Kingston on Monday, November 29, Windsor on Tuesday, November 30 and Wednesday December 1, and Toronto on Thursday, December 2. The Committee is continuing to gather information for its comprehensive defence review. Public hearings commenced in October 2004 and will run until the end of June 2005. The Committee expects to table its report early in the fall of 2005.
